Client Booking & Service Agreement

Scope of Service

Carbon Black Detailing agrees to perform the interior detailing service(s) selected above at the price quoted. Any additional work discovered on-site (e.g., mold, biohazard material, severe staining) will be communicated to the client and confirmed before proceeding, with pricing adjusted accordingly.

Liability

• Carbon Black Detailing carries general liability insurance for damage directly caused by our work.
• Client is responsible for removing valuables, personal items, and loose belongings prior to service.
• Carbon Black Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items left in the vehicle.
• Certain conditions (mold, biohazard material) may not be fully resolvable; results are not guaranteed in these cases.
• Client agrees to provide safe, reasonable access to the vehicle and workspace at the service location.

Payment, Deposit & Cancellation

• A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the appointment; this deposit applies toward the total service cost.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are free, and the deposit will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit.
• Remaining balance is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Quoted price is based on the condition described at booking; significant discrepancies found on-site may result in a revised quote.

Photo & Media Release

I grant Carbon Black Detailing permission to take before-and-after photographs and/or video of my vehicle's interior in connection with the detailing service performed, for use in marketing including the website and social media. No personal identifying information will be shown without separate consent. This consent is voluntary and does not affect price or service quality.
